QuickQWERTY 0.4.0

Version 0.4.0 of QuickQWERTY is now available. This release marks the final version hosted on SourceForge.

Several issues have been addressed in this update. Lessons now avoid using characters that have not yet been introduced, and a problem that caused the lessons bar to shrink in Google Chrome has been fixed.
